Langley Pos-Abilities Society wants to help raise funds for people in need within our community. Please consider donating to any of the following fundraising campaigns. No amount is too small!

Campaign: Properly Fitted Wheelchairs

Here’s the story of Don Colp, a former internationally recognized Chain Saw Sculptor, who was sold a wheelchair that was too small for him. A HandyDART employee noticed his need and connected him with us. Langley Pos-Abilities wants to help more people like Don find the best equipment possible to meet their needs.

Mobility-Equipment-Repair-Association

One of the challenges facing people with disabilities is finding the funding to repair their adaptive devices. Therefore we would like to address this issue and have a pilot project designed to do just that in an economical and easy manner.

Mary RogersGoal: $2,000

Goal Reached – Mary has her new scooter!

Mary has a dangerous infection—osteomyelitis—and how far up the leg it goes has yet to be determined. The excruciating, mind-numbing, soul-crushing pain is the end result of an accident that happened five years ago to the day.
