- Click the map screenshot or the “LAUNCH ACCESSIBILITY MAP” button below.
- The new web page will open at a Google Map.
- Insert name or address of facility/park and start to answer the questions. (Please note that frequently it does not take the first character of the name. Just type it in a second time and it will do so).
- The program will request your contact info just for verifying you are not a robot. (This info is not tracked or shared).
- Click on “Submit My Report” to get started answering questions.
- Choose Mobility, Vision, or Hearing and “Start My Report”. Answer the first question and choose if you want to answer more questions about that topic.
- When you are done “Submit My Report”
